台灣運動好手在國際賽事上拚搏，中醫也出手相挺。陳玟陵是台灣首位參加奧運角力項目的女選手，但原來她在2016年奧運前8天，因為重訓拉傷，急性下背痛，差一點無法出賽，全靠中醫師針灸「解痛」處理，才讓她可順利出賽。

中醫也能幫助運動員照護，中華民國中醫師公會全國聯合會今（2）日首次發表中醫針對運動員照護的成果，邀請國內頂尖運動員、教練及裁判現身說法及分享經驗。

中醫門診統計，國家運動選手受傷型態以肌肉拉傷的59.5%最為常見，其次為同時出現肌腱炎的46.6%、關節扭傷40.2%，且絕大多數會合併兩種以上受傷型態。

陳玟陵回憶，應戰里約奧運之前，只是例行訓練約90公斤的重訓，卻因為做的太快，不小心拉傷，當時只要動到腰部肌肉就疼痛，一度連走路、下床都需要別人攙扶，幸好中醫師及時針對她的痛點下針，症狀很快緩解，才可以順利代表國家出賽。

中醫師公會全國聯合會指出，大多數國家運動選手的運動傷害都是累積性的傷害，而中醫治療運動傷害的原則是「急則治其標，緩者治其本」，在短時間內先以針灸、推拿、拔罐、放血等紓緩急性傷害，再針對疲勞恢復、運動後遺症等累積性運動傷害下手調養。

中醫師公會全國聯合會說，今年的台北世大運，中醫也將進駐服務，參賽的各國選手將能接受中醫穴位指壓、理筋手法、繃帶包紮以及拔罐等醫療服務，希望藉此宣傳「中醫國粹」讓外國選手驚豔。

歷經47天受困於喜馬拉雅山區後生還的21歲台灣青年梁聖岳，如今人還在加德滿都的醫院中接受治療，不過在父親的陪伴與照顧下，復原狀況良好的他，目前已經由加護病房轉至普通病房。

據《蘋果日報》報導，已經入院5天的梁聖岳，身旁有醫護人員以及梁父的照料與陪伴，恢復狀況十分良好，目前已經從加護病房轉至普通病房。據院方公關透露，雖然這幾天有許多關心梁聖岳的人，來到醫院想要探視他，不過都遭到本人婉拒；梁聖岳目前大多保持靜養、休息的狀態，除了看書之外，其實很少開口說話。

報導也提到，雖然現在謝絕訪客，但在梁聖岳入院第2天時，有一名來自台灣的朱阿姨，因為在媒體上得知此事，便主動帶著水果、零嘴前往醫院探視。據了解，梁聖岳見到朱阿姨的當下有點驚訝，但仍笑著感謝她的熱情與關心。這位朱阿姨也感嘆表示，「聖岳掉在山洞裡，非常冷靜，淡定冷靜的心情就像在修行；但梁宸君因爲想念父母親，心中有所牽掛，所以才會先走了...」
